SAFETY AT WORK - SHARED SPACES

Returning to work is on everyone’s mind these days. These unprecedented times call for new, compliant protocols to ensure that everyone in your office stays healthy. YOUR ACTIONS MATTER - MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE BEST PRACTICES

SOCIAL DISTANCING

  • Post signage with maximum occupants allowed at one time (suggest 36 sq. ft per occupant)

  • Use panels to separate sections of the shared areas and tables

  • Remove chairs to decrease seating density

  • Establish One-way clockwise traffic flow with directional floor signage

SANITIZATION

  • Sanitize all surfaces daily using CDC approved disinfectant and protocols

  • Provide disposable paper table covers for shared workspace and touchless disposal unit

  • Hand Sanitization stations every 20 feet

WORKFORCE BEHAVIOUR

  • Wait to enter the break room until the previous occupants leave

  • Remove and dispose of all beverage containers and food wrappers after use

  • Follow the directional walking flow and floor signage
