Think about the choices made within your company every day. Can you track and connect all of the decisions, as well as who makes them and why? Is everyone aware of which ones are truly relevant?

While individual contributors may not make the decisions, they can have an impact by checking decisions before they are actioned. They can question things if they think they do not look or feel right. Make informed decisions by asking for a description of the circumstances and a proposal containing the available choices and justification for each one, along with a recommendation for action.
